Life today would be near impossible without our many electronic devices. In recent years however, many people - including many scientists - have expressed concern about the intense electromagnetic environment in which we live. Sensitive individuals report highly unpleasant effects they attribute to these force fields. Research has also shows correlations between intensive and prolonged EMF exposures, and much more serious illnesses. |
Overload and Override
Our earth is surrounded by a field of electromagnetic energy, for the most part of low frequency and intensity. The human body has evolved in this relatively gentle force field, and is adapted to it in a harmonious way. Our bodies are also permeated by their own low power electromagnetic field. All body processes unfold within this field, set in motion by countless electromagnetic signals.

The processes of our body are rhythmical, flexible and of low intensity. Electrical and electronic devices however, are fixed in their modes of signaling, and often of high frequency or intensity. The first problem they pose our body is that they overpower its electromagnetic signaling, interrupt and override its inherent rhythms. Invisible and soundless though this may be, our body processes must contend with a relentless, multi-source electromagnetic environment – something akin to an electromagnetic storm. Effects can include disturbances of function in various body systems, that later progress to actual organ damage.

Energy fields produced by electronic devices typically project a strong positive electrical charge. Force fields abounding in positive ions are not conducive to health in human cells and tissues. A strong excess of positive ions is a factor in oxidation reactions, associated with inflammation, free radical damage and premature aging. |

For lack of a “smoking gun”, efforts to regulate EMF languish in a – for us – dangerous status quo.
